“ፖሊሲ – 00 ትግራይ ንድሕሪት ተመሊሳ ክትካሰስን ክትናኸስን ዘይኮነስ፤ ንቕድሚት ክትርኢን ብሔራዊ ህላዌኣ ከተውሕስን ጥራሕ ዝገብር እዩ፡፡ ብመሰረቱ ትግራይ ሐዚ ብዘላቶ ኩነታት ኣይኮነን ዶ ንድሕሪት ተመሊሳ ኣብ ልዕሊ ጥፍኣት ዝፈፀሙ ደቃ ተሓታትነት ከተረጋግፅ፤ ኣብ ልዕሊ እቶም ፅንተት ዝፈፀሙላ ግዳማውያን ሓይልታት እውን ፍትሒን ተሓታትነትን ከትሓትት ኣብ ትኽእለሉ ቁመና ኣይኮነትን ዘላ፡፡ ብቐንዱ መንግስቲ ዘይብላ ትግራይ ልዕል ኢሉ ከም ዝተገለፀ ልዕልነት ሕጊ ዘኽብራ ናፃ ትካላት እውን ዘይብላ ዓዲ ተሓታትነት ከተረጋግፅ ኣይትኽእልን፡፡ ብስም ተሓታትነት ዓንደርቲ ሰብ ግዘ ድላዮም ክገብሩ እንተዘይኮይኑ ብሕግን ስርዓትን ዘይምራሕ ስርዓት ተሓታትነት ከስፍን ኣይኽእልን፡፡ ብተወሳኺ ብቐጥታ ወይ ብተዘዋዋሪ ንስርዓት ህወሓት ከም ህዝቢ ድጋፍ እናገበርናሉ እናሓብሐብናዮን እናተሓሽከርናሉን ዝፀናሕና ስለ ዝኾንና ኣካል እቲ ሕመቕን፤ ናይቲ ተሓታትነት እውን ከከም ብፅሒትና ክንወስድን ይግባእ እዩ ኢልካ ምሕሳብን ‘ውን ጠቓሚ እዩ፡፡ ናይ ውድቀትና ምኽንያት ምስ ነብስና ኣጣቢቕና ሓላፍነት እንትንወስድ መሪር ልምዲ (hard lesson) ከም ብሔር ክንወስድ ዘኽእለና እዩ፡፡”
