Share Information Safely

UMD Media welcomes tips, documents, photos, corrections, and information that may support public-interest reporting.

If a tip could expose you or someone else to risk, avoid sending it from a workplace, school, shared, or monitored device. Use a private network, remove identifying metadata from files when possible, and do not include personal details unless they are necessary.

A dedicated encrypted submission form is not active yet. Until one is configured, do not send highly sensitive material through public social media replies or comment fields.
